Client Acquisition Systems

One Channel Is Not a Strategy, It's a Liability.

We build omni-channel client acquisition systems across cold email, LinkedIn, Meta, and Google - engineered to survive platform changes. And when we hand it over, you own it. No monthly retainer rental.

The Single Point of Failure

You Don't Have a Pipeline Problem. You Have a Single Point of Failure.

One channel can carry growth until the platform changes the rules.

When cold email, LinkedIn, or paid acquisition is the only way leads arrive, a filter update or account restriction can turn a forecast into a recovery project.

Your offer can still work. The delivery mechanism is what often breaks.

The Deliverability Cliff

Reply rates drop from 8% to bellow 0.5% in a week, and your "predictable" pipeline was one spam-filter update away from zero the entire time.

The Account Ban

Years of ad account history, pixel data, and lookalike audiences - all gone in one automated review.

The Algorithm Shift

Organic reach that built your brand gets throttled overnight, or the platform changed the rules. You were never at the table.

Rent vs Own

Stop Renting Your Pipeline. Own It.

Most agencies only rent you results at $5K–$15K a month, every month, forever. The campaigns, the systems, the data, the know-how - it all lives on their side of the fence. The day you stop paying is the day your pipeline stops existing.

We built 7 Figure Operations on the opposite model. We design and build your client acquisition infrastructure - then we hand you the keys. The systems run in your accounts. The automations live in your stack. The playbooks are documented for your team.

Renting

Agency Retainer

  • Pay $8K+/mo indefinitely
  • Systems live in their accounts
  • Knowledge stays with the agency
  • Cancel = pipeline disappears
  • One channel, usually
Owning

7FO System

  • Pay once for the build
  • Systems live in your accounts
  • Playbooks documented for your team
  • Cancel nothing, it's yours
  • Four channels, engineered together

After handoff, some clients take everything in-house. Others keep us on for optimization. The point is: it's a choice, and not a "hostage" situation.

The Omni-Channel System

Four Channels that Work Together & Zero Single Points of Failure.

This isn't four separate campaigns duct-taped together, but one acquisition system where every channel feeds the others: shared data, shared enrichment, shared automation layer.

COLD EMAIL in LINKEDIN META ADS GOOGLE ADS YOUR PIPELINE
CHANNEL_01

Cold Email Infrastructure

Dedicated sending infrastructure built for scale and deliverability: domains, warmup, rotation, inbox placement monitoring. AI reply handling so responses get worked in minutes, not days. The channel that fills the top of the system.

CHANNEL_02

LinkedIn Outbound

Systematized connection and conversation flows targeting your exact ICP: synced with your email sequences so prospects see you in two places, not one. Multi-touch presence that compounds.

CHANNEL_03

Meta Ads

Retargeting and demand capture built on the audience data your outbound generates. Prospects who received your emails start seeing your ads. Familiarity does the selling before the call does.

CHANNEL_04

Google Ads

High-intent capture for the prospects already searching for what you do. The channel that catches demand your other three channels created.

What's under the hood: N8N automation workflows · Clay enrichment · CRM sync · AI reply agents · Cross-channel attribution · Slack notifications for your team

When one channel takes a hit and eventually, one will, the other three keep the pipeline moving while it recovers.

Qualification

This Works Brilliantly for Some Companies. And Not at All for Others.

Qualified Fit

This is for you if:

  • You have a proven offer. People have paid for it, repeatedly, at a price that works. We build distribution for offers that convert - we do NOT fix offers.
  • You've been in the game 5+ years. You've survived platform changes before. You know the difference between a tactic and infrastructure.
  • You already understand you need multiple channels. We're not here to convince you omni-channel matters. We're here because you know it does and haven't had the operational capacity to build it.
Not a Fit

This is not for you if:

  • You're pre-revenue or still validating your offer
  • You're looking for a quick campaign, not a system
  • You want an agency to "handle marketing" while you stay hands-off from the machine you supposedly own
  • You're shopping for the cheapest monthly retainer, that's the exact model we exist to replace

The Process

From Audit to Ownership in Four Phases.

PHASE_01

System Audit

We map your current acquisition: what's working, what's fragile, where the single points of failure are. You get the audit findings whether we work together or not.

PHASE_02

Infrastructure Build

We build the full system in your accounts from day one - domains, automations, ad accounts, CRM workflows. Nothing lives on our side of the fence.

PHASE_03

Launch & Calibrate

Channels go live in sequence. We tune targeting, messaging, and cross-channel flows against real response data until the system hits its numbers.

You Own It PHASE_04

Handoff & Ownership

Full documentation, team training, recorded walkthroughs. From here, you choose: take it fully in-house, or keep us on for ongoing optimization. Either way - the system is yours.

FAQ

Questions Established Operators Actually Ask.

Everything. The domains, the ad accounts, the automation workflows, the CRM setup, the data, the documented playbooks. It's all built in your accounts under your logins from day one. There is nothing to "transfer" at the end because nothing was ever ours.

No catch, but let's be precise: the build is a project engagement, not a subscription. After handoff, ongoing support is optional. Some clients take everything in-house with their team. Others prefer we stay on for optimization and maintenance. Both are fine, the difference is you're choosing support, not paying rent to keep your own pipeline alive.

1 to 3 months depending on how many channels we're standing up and the state of your current infrastructure. Cold email infrastructure needs warmup time regardless of who builds it and we don't skip that, because deliverability shortcuts are how domains get burned.

No, we build what your motion actually needs. But the core thesis stands: one channel is a liability. Most builds start with two or three and expand once those are producing.

Less than you'd think, the system is automated at the operational layer. You'll need someone to own it for a few hours a week, and our documentation and training are built so a competent operator can run it without us.

That's what the optional support arrangement covers. And even on clean handoffs, we don't disappear - documentation includes troubleshooting playbooks for the common failure modes.
