By engaging with 7 Figure Ops (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. No Affiliation

We are an independent agency and are not affiliated with any other company, platform, or service unless expressly stated.

3. Services & Scope of Work

We provide operational consulting, system design, process-building, and automation services, customized per client. The specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in a separate statement of work or proposal.

4. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., seven-figure revenue), as outcomes vary based on factors beyond our control. You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Compensation & Payment Terms

• Fees, billing schedule, payment methods, and late fees will be detailed in your agreement.

• Payments are due within [5] days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Obligations

Client agrees to:

• Provide timely access to information and personnel.

• Respond and review deliverables promptly.

• Provide necessary approvals.

• Ensure all client-supplied content complies with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

• All pre-existing IP belongs to the respective party.

• We grant Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables upon full payment.

• We reserve the right to feature anonymized case studies or portfolio examples.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties will protect and not disclose confidential information. A separate NDA may be signed if sensitive data is exchanged.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with [30]-day written notice. Upon termination, Client pays for services rendered and any non-refundable commitments.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid by Client in the prior 6 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Any dispute will be resolved by arbitration in the Brazilian jurisdiction under Brazilian laws.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, with the “Last updated” date revised. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

13. Third‑Party Links

We may reference or use third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, plus any order forms or proposals, represent the entire agreement and supersede all prior versions.
